شرکت Columbia Pictures در حال ساخت یک فیلم بر اساس عنوان Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune می باشد.Kyle Ward که بر روی فیلم Kane & Lynch کار کرده بود و حالا هم روی عنوان Hitman 2 کار می کند نیز در ساخت این فیلم حضور خواهد داشت.سازندگان اصلی این فیلم:Avi Arad ، Charles Roven ، Ari Arad و Alex Gartner هستند.ظاهراً فیلم نیز دارای همان داستان بازی اصلی است.
عنوان Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune توسط Sony Computer Entertainment ساخته شده بود و توانست10 هفته ی اول عرضه اش، 1 میلیون نسخه بفروشد.
